Tian Tang is an Associate Professor in Public Administration at Florida State University (FSU), affiliated with the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy. She directs the Sustainability & Governance Lab and holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Syracuse University. Her research focuses on energy and technology policies for clean energy innovation, smart city technologies, and digital governance. She has held fellowships including the Giorgio Ruffolo Doctoral Research Fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School (2014–2015) and the ITIF Energy Innovation Policy Scholar (2019).
