Thorsten Käseberg

Dr. Thorsten Käseberg serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, University of Erfurt. He concurrently heads the 'Competition and Consumer Policy' unit in Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, focusing on digital transformation's regulatory challenges.
