Thomas Yorick Mulder

Dr Thomas Yorick Mulder is a Laureate postdoctoral fellow at the Kaldor Centre's Evacuations Research Hub within the University of New South Wales Law & Justice faculty. He teaches and conducts research in public international law, specializing in international disaster law, international humanitarian law, and human rights law, with a particular focus on state and non-state actor responsibilities during emergencies.
