Thomas V. Caprio

Dr. Thomas V. Caprio is a Professor at the University of Rochester Medical Center across multiple departments including Medicine (Geriatrics/Aging), Dentistry, Psychiatry, Public Health Sciences, and SON Faculty. He serves as the Chief Medical Officer for UR Medicine Home Care and the Hospice Medical Director. A national leader in geriatrics and palliative care education, he directs the Finger Lakes Geriatric Education Center and has transformed age-friendly healthcare systems through workforce development and policy innovation.
