Thomas Serban von Davier is a Researcher at the University of Oxford Department of Computer Science and an AI Research Scientist at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute. He also serves as an Affiliate Faculty Member at the Carnegie Mellon Institute for Strategy and Technology.
