Thomas M. Featherston, Jr. holds the Mills Cox Chair of Law at Baylor Law School, where he specializes in trusts and estates, marital property law, and probate code. As Dean Emeritus, he has significantly influenced Texas probate legislation through leadership in statutory revisions including the Texas Estates Code implementation (2014).
