Dr. Thomas Keller is a Senior Lecturer in the English Department of the University of Zurich, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. He is actively involved in the Digital Society Initiative (DSI) Community Gaming.
His research explores video games as a cultural and aesthetic 'Denkraum' (space of thought) for examining intertextual connections between digital gaming, Enlightenment literature, Romantic-period philosophy, and broader questions about human society. He is currently developing a book project on this theme.
