Thomas Hofweber

Thomas Hofweber is the William R. Kenan Jr. Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a secondary appointment in the School of Data Science and Society. He directs the AI Project and serves as Director of Graduate Admissions. His research spans metaphysics, philosophy of language, philosophy of mathematics, and AI foundations, emphasizing conceptual idealism and immanent metaphysics.
