Thomas Hartmann

Dipl.-Wirt.Jur.(FH) Thomas Hartmann, LL.M. holds the position of Lecturer at the Institute of Library and Information Science (IBI) within Humboldt University's Faculty of Philosophy. His primary affiliation also includes the FIZ Karlsruhe – Leibniz Institute for Information Infrastructure, where he contributes to research on intellectual property rights in distributed information infrastructures.
