Thomas Dimopoulos is an Assistant Professor in Real Estate at Neapolis University Pafos Cyprus, coordinating the BSc in Real Estate Valuation and Development. He holds a PhD from Cyprus University of Technology and advanced degrees from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Oxford Brookes University. His professional roles include former chairman of RICS Cyprus, board member of the Cyprus Property Valuers Association, and European Board member of IVSC.
Education: PhD, Civil Engineering & Geomatics (Cyprus UoT); M.Eng., Rural & Surveying Engineering (Aristotle UoThessaloniki); MSc, Real Estate (Oxford Brookes).
Research focuses on property valuation methodologies, geospatial analysis, AI-driven mass appraisals, and sustainable design impact on real estate. His work emphasizes automated valuation models, GIS applications, and energy-efficient retrofitting.
