Andreas Symeou

Andreas Symeou is a Visiting Lecturer at Neapolis University, teaching Real Estate Law and Statutory Valuations since 2012. He holds an LLB from the University of London and an MSc in Property Valuations from the University of Reading, with professional affiliations to RICS and ETEK.

Previously, he served as a Senior Land Officer at Cyprus' Department of Lands and Surveys until his retirement in 2011. He participated in UN-led Cyprus peace talks (2008-2015) as a member/head of the Property Working Group.

His research focuses on property law, conflict resolution in Cyprus, and land policy. His authored books analyze property rights in Cyprus and propose solutions to its political impasse. He has no listed grants or formal advisees.
