Thomas Baron

Thomas Baron is a full-time Lecturer at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich (HMTM), affiliated with the Institute for School Music. His academic focus includes teaching ensemble conducting, choral conducting, and choral vocal training. Baron directs the Nymphenburg Cantata Choir (since 2019) and Arethas Ensemble (since 2021), while frequently serving as a guest conductor for organizations including the Vorarlberg Choral Association and Munich Philharmonic Choir.

His research interests center on:
