Thom Lambert is a Professor of Law and holds the Wall Chair in Corporate Law and Governance at the University of Missouri School of Law. His scholarship centers on antitrust law, corporate governance, and regulatory policy, with extensive publications in leading legal journals such as the Texas Law Review, Minnesota Law Review, Yale Journal on Regulation, and Antitrust Bulletin.
He is the author of How to Regulate: A Guide for Policymakers (Cambridge Univ. Press, 2017) and co-author of Antitrust Law: Interpretation and Implementation. He also maintains the blog Truth on the Market, providing academic commentary on antitrust and economic legal issues.
