Thierry Lohest

Thierry Lohest is a Lecturer in Law at the Luxembourg School of Business (LSB), where he teaches Business Law within the MBA program. He also serves on the LSB Advisory Council. Concurrently, Thierry is a Partner at Loyens & Loeff, the largest Dutch law firm, specializing in corporate law, corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities regulation, and banking and finance matters.

• Practice Focus: Cross-border transactions (public/private), public takeover bids, and securities listings on major exchanges (Euronext, Nasdaq, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, London).
• Legal Admissions: Member of the Brussels Bar, Luxembourg Bar, and registered as a foreign lawyer in Hong Kong.
