Prof. Thiemo Breyer is an Assistant Professor in the junior research group 'Transformation of Knowledge' at the University of Cologne's a.r.t.e.s. Research Lab. His work bridges philosophy, cultural anthropology, and cognitive science, focusing on empathy, embodiment, and intersubjectivity. He holds a PhD (2010) and habilitation (2014) in philosophy from the Universities of Cologne and Freiburg, respectively.
