Thibault LECOURT is a Temporary Teaching and Research Assistant and doctoral student in Geography and Urban Planning at Avignon Université, affiliated with the UMR ESPACE laboratory. His research focuses on municipal land ownership dynamics, particularly analyzing large-scale land data to assess privatization trends under fiscal austerity. He is a member of the Chaire GIF (Geodata, Immobilier Foncier) and has recently published studies on public domain management and open land data challenges.
