Thibault Fournol is a PhD candidate at the Sciences Po Centre for International Studies (CERI) and a Research Fellow at the Foundation for Strategic Research. His research focuses on India's foreign policy in the Indo-Pacific, analyzing multilateral practices and the role of non-state actors. He is supervised by Christophe Jaffrelot (CERI-Sciences Po) and Delphine Allès (Inalco).
- PhD thesis: Recomposition des pratiques multilatérales en Indo-Pacifique: l'approche indienne du multilatéralisme stratégique
- Conducted research stays at the National Maritime Foundation (2024), Observer Research Foundation (2023), and CSH (2022) in India
- Participated in the EU-India Young Leaders program (2023), funded by the European Union
His academic background includes a Master's in Political Science – International Relations from Sciences Po and Hindi studies at Inalco. He works in French, English, and Hindi.
