Theodore Moustakas

Dr. Theodore Moustakas is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Boston University, where he directs research on wide bandgap semiconductors. His innovations in UV LED design and nitride materials have earned multiple awards including the MBE Innovator Award. Current projects focus on high-efficiency UV emitters and terahertz detection technologies.
