Tese Wintz Neighbor is an educator and China specialist affiliated with the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. With an MA in China Regional Studies, she has led educational tours across Asia and served as a Senior Director of Professional Development for the Seattle World Affairs Council. As a seminar instructor and book club organizer for the National Consortium for Teaching about Asia (NCTA), she has shaped curriculum and discourse on Asian history for 27 years.
