Terry McGovern

Terry McGovern serves as Adjunct Professor in the Heilbrunn Department of Population and Family Health at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, specializing in health and human rights intersections. Previously, she held the Harriet and Robert H. Heilbrunn Professorship and Department Chair until June 2024, and currently serves as Senior Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs at CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy.
