Dr. Terri J Leap is an Adjunct Professor for the MSc in Exercise Science and Integrated Wellness degree program. With over 20 years of teaching experience in secondary and post-secondary education, she specializes in graduate-level instruction in Exercise Science and Health and Human Performance. Her career spans roles as an educator, administrator, and advocate for chiropractic research and women’s health.
- Education: Graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic
- Key Contributions: Co-founder of the Tour de Spine, a 1,200-mile bike ride supporting chiropractic research
- Teaching Philosophy: Student-centered approach with exceptional retention rates
Dr. Leap’s research and advocacy focus on fitness, wellness education, and women’s health issues. She has also served in administrative roles, including Director of Education and Campus President, and is a former Educator of the Year in Missouri.
