Terri Gordon is an Associate Professor of Comparative Literature at The New School’s Schools of Public Engagement. Her interdisciplinary work bridges memory studies, gender studies, and cultural production. She is co-author of *The Walls of Santiago: Social Revolution and Political Aesthetics* (2022) and has curated exhibitions on Chilean social uprisings. Previously, she served as Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs and Director of Gender Studies at the university.
Education: PhD in Comparative Literature (Columbia University, 2000); MA and BA in French Literature and Political Science from Columbia and Duke Universities respectively.
Research focuses on post-dictatorship Chilean literature, transitional justice, and protest aesthetics. Her work appears in *Sociologica*, *Journal of the History of Sexuality*, and *WSQ*. She actively contributes to academic boards, including the *Women’s Studies Quarterly* advisory board.
Recent projects include a photography exhibition on the 2019-20 Chilean uprising and presentations on memory studies. She teaches courses on ethics, gender studies, and literary aesthetics.
