Teri Moser Woo, Ph.D., RN, ARNP, CPNP-PC, CNL, FAANP is a Professor and HRSA Grant Director in the Nursing program at Saint Martin's University. She holds affiliations with the College of Arts and Sciences and Nursing departments. With over 30 years of nursing experience, she specializes in pediatric nursing, pharmacotherapeutics, and nurse practitioner education.

Her research focuses on advancing nurse practitioner prescribing practices, pediatric care, and addressing healthcare disparities in rural/underserved populations. She authored Pharmacotherapeutics for Advanced Practice Nurses, a widely used textbook in nurse practitioner programs.
Dr. Woo has secured over $1.75 million in HRSA grants to enhance nurse practitioner education and patient care for marginalized communities. She actively contributes to national initiatives, including CDC/Pew Charitable Trust committees on antibiotic prescribing and the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute for Child Health and Human Development.

She maintains clinical practice as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Woodcreek-Mary Bridge Healthcare and serves on the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) board.
