Teresa Scassa is a Full Professor in the Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law and holds the Canada Research Chair in Information Law and Policy. She is affiliated with the Centre for Law, Technology and Society and cross-appointed to the School of Information Studies. Dr. Scassa earned her LL.B. from McGill University and LL.M. and SJD from the University of Michigan.
