Teresa Cardon

Teresa Cardon is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School's Dallas campus. She holds dual certifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), with clinical expertise in communication disorders, early intervention, autism, and interprofessional practice. Her career spans academic leadership as Department Chair of the MS Speech-Language Pathology program, clinical supervision, and telehealth consultation through Grand Rounds.

• Education: Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology from Arizona State University (2010)

Dr. Cardon's research focuses on interprofessional education models, video-based interventions, autism representation in media, and collaboration bias in clinical settings. She has developed curricula for practicum and graduate programs across multiple universities.

Professional affiliations include the American Speech Language & Hearing Association and the Association for Behavior Analysts International. She holds Texas state licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
