Tenaya R. Darlington is a Professor and Director of the Writing Studies Program at Saint Joseph's University's Department of English, Writing and Journalism. She specializes in creative and professional writing pedagogy, mentoring students across diverse careers including cookbook authorship, legal writing, and culinary communications. Her research interests intersect food writing, poetry, and narrative fiction.
