Tega Akpobi

Dr. Tega Akpobi is a Senior Lecturer in International Business at the School of Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship, Royal Holloway, University of London. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor and Course Director of the BA International Business (top-up) at Coventry University. His research focuses on strategic management, particularly microfoundations and dynamic capabilities, informed by the Behavioral Theory of the Firm. He actively contributes to academic discourse through roles in EURAM and EGOS conferences.

Education: He holds an MBA with the Lancaster MBA Scholarship (2011). Research interests span strategic management, sustainability, international business, and knowledge mechanisms. His work bridges theory and practice, emphasizing behavioral and dynamic aspects of organizational strategy.

Teaching and supervision: He teaches international business, responsible business, and strategic management. He supervises doctoral students and has guided dissertations in these areas.
