Tayen Kim

Tayen Kim is a Lecturer in Figure Drawing at Otis College of Art and Design, specializing in illustration and entertainment art. She works across TV, film, and comics, with clients including Adult Swim, Sony/Marvel, and Rolling Stone.

Kim is actively involved in creative communities, including co-hosting the comedy sketch show Picture This, collaborating with the Getty Center for sketch groups, and leading life drawing sessions with Gallery Girls. She formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Illustrators LA and as head of the LA chapter of the International Arts Movement.
