Tiffany Lin

Tiffany Lin serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Illustration at Otis College of Art and Design, where she bridges illustration, social practice, and performance through interdisciplinary artistic inquiry.

Her academic credentials include:

• MFA in Illustration Practice from Maryland Institute College of Art
• BA in Gender & Women's Studies and Psychology from University of California, Berkeley

Lin's research investigates tensions between social institutions and natural systems through drawing-based explorations, examining dystopian anxieties, census data visualization, and absurdist interpretations of human behavior. Her work consistently juxtaposes gravitas with humor while deconstructing institutional power structures through accessible visual narratives.

Recognition for her contributions includes:
