Tay W. Johannes is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Engineering Management and Environmental Management Instructor at The Civil Engineer School, Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT). He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, an MS from AFIT, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University. His primary roles include teaching and consulting in environmental management systems, risk management, and emergency response. He has over 26 years of active duty service as an Air Force Civil Engineer officer, including leadership roles in deployment missions and project management.
