Steven J. Thomas

Colonel Steven J. Thomas is the Dean of The Civil Engineer School at the Air Force Institute of Technology (Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio). He oversees professional continuing education for 5,500 military and civilian students annually, including training for newly commissioned Civil Engineer officers. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University (BS, Civil Engineering) and University of Pittsburgh (MS, Structural Engineering), Col Thomas has extensive military and academic experience.
