Dr. Tatheer Zahra is a Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), within the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering. Her research focuses on sustainable construction materials, including auxetic composites and masonry systems, aimed at enhancing structural impact resistance and reducing environmental impact. She actively collaborates with industry to promote mortarless masonry and seismic retrofitting solutions.
- Education: PhD in Civil Engineering from Queensland University of Technology.
- Affiliations: Member of Standards Australia BD-004 Committee, Engineers Australia, The Masonry Society (TMS, USA), and Pakistan Engineering Council.
