Tara St. Clair serves as Program Director for the Encova Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and adjunct instructor in the Marketing Department at West Virginia University's John Chambers College of Business and Economics, developing strategies to implement new programs and foster academic-community partnerships across West Virginia.

St. Clair specializes in entrepreneurship ecosystem development, with expertise in creating synergistic relationships between academia and community stakeholders. She co-founded the West Virginia Entrepreneurship Ecosystem (2019) and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Experts, and launched IgniteWV to support new business registration in the state.
