Susan Jennings Lantz serves as a Teaching Associate Professor of Business Communication at West Virginia University's John Chambers College of Business and Economics, while also coordinating the WVU Campus Read initiative and acting as the university's first Provost’s Living-Learning Fellow for international students on the Global LLC.

Lantz specializes in developing critical thinking and communication skills through interdisciplinary humanist inquiry, with expertise spanning global business pedagogy, international education frameworks, and cross-cultural communication strategies. Her innovative teaching approaches include leading study abroad programs to Brazil and Bahrain, conducting virtual exchanges with Bahraini students on women's entrepreneurship, and delivering instruction at Tianjin University of Business and Economics in China.
