Tara Shepard Myers is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Dance & Movement Studies at Emory University. She teaches modern and jazz dance at all levels and serves as faculty coordinator for the multicultural dance organization AHANA, as well as faculty liaison for multiple independent dance ensembles within the college. Myers holds an MFA in Dance from Florida State University and a BA in Dance from the University of Alabama.
