Tara Sanft, MD is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Yale School of Medicine and a practicing medical oncologist at Smilow Cancer Hospital. She serves as the Chief Patient Experience Officer and directs the Survivorship Clinic, a multidisciplinary program for cancer survivors. Dr. Sanft is board-certified in Medical Oncology and Hospice and Palliative Medicine, emphasizing holistic care.
