Tara Mohrfeld is a Lecturer in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business. She holds a PhD from the University of Tennessee, an MA in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
- Expertise: Leadership development, program design, women’s leadership initiatives, and global business education
- Leadership Roles: Managed graduate programs, oversaw UTK Leadership Development Program, advised MSUT student organization
- Committees: Serves on Diversity and Inclusion Council and Women in Business & Leadership Summit planning committee
Her teaching spans leadership studies minors and global business trips with students. She actively connects alumni, industry partners, and students through experiential learning opportunities.
