Tara I. Chang

Tara I. Chang, MD, MS is a Professor of Nephrology at Stanford University's School of Medicine, serving as Division Chief of the Stanford Division of Nephrology since 2021. She holds a concurrent membership in the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute. Her academic roles include leading clinical research and directing research programs within the nephrology division. Dr. Chang completed her medical degree at the University of Michigan (2003), residency at UCSF (2006), and nephrology fellowship at Stanford (2009). She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
