Tara Cavalline, Ph.D., P.E., is a Professor in the Department of Engineering Technology and Construction Management at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her research focuses on concrete and cementitious materials, durability, sustainable construction, and transportation infrastructure, including bridge and pavement management systems.
