Taoufik BOURAOUI is an Associate Professor in the Finance & Accounting department at Rennes School of Business (France). He holds a PhD in Economics from Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense University (2009) and has taught at Rennes SB since 2010. His roles include serving as Head of the Finance & Accounting Academic Area (2019–2022). His research focuses on financial markets, Islamic finance, econometric analysis, and risk management, with over 30 refereed publications in journals like Applied Economics and Finance Research Letters.
Dr. BOURAOUI has organized academic conferences, served on editorial boards (e.g., Global Economy and Finance Journal), and reviewed for leading journals. His work explores topics such as cryptocurrency dynamics, sustainability in finance, and macroeconomic policy impacts. Notable awards include Best Paper and Best Presenter distinctions at international conferences.
