Tanya Skalecki

Tanya Skalecki is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Education (Educational Administration) at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. With over 20 years of experience as a special education teacher, administrator, and civil rights advocate, she emphasizes servant leadership and collaboration in educational settings. Her research focuses on fostering growth mindset through collaborative advocacy, conflict resolution, and mediation between schools, families, and communities.
