Megan Radloff is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Colorado Mesa University (CMU), where she has taught full-time since 2019. She serves as the Nursing Simulation Coordinator and teaches courses such as Foundations of Nursing, Health Assessment, Professional Development, and Simulation Lab. Her expertise lies in healthcare simulation education and nursing pedagogy, supported by certifications as a medical-surgical nurse (CMSRN) and healthcare simulation educator (CHSE).
- Education: MSN-Ed and BSN from Valparaiso University
- Previous Experience: Adjunct clinical and lab instructor in Indiana, post-surgical nursing (2013–2019)
Radloff is passionate about simulation-based learning and student mentorship, emphasizing personalized engagement. She relocated to CMU from Bloomington, Indiana, and enjoys outdoor activities, hot yoga, aerial silks, and spending time with her family and her dog, Cinnamon.
