Dr. Tanner Robertson is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Media and Communication at West Texas A&M University's Paul Engler College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences. Since joining the Department of Agricultural Sciences in 2011, he has taught courses in agricultural media, communication, leadership, and education while serving as advisor for the WTAMU Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow (ACT) chapter.
- Education: B.A. in Mass Communications (WTAMU, 2002), M.S. in Agricultural Education (Texas Tech University, 2003), Ph.D. in Agricultural Education (Oklahoma State University, 2009)
His research focuses on curriculum development, risk communications in agriculture, and student development. Dr. Robertson maintains active memberships in four professional organizations: Association for International Agricultural and Extension Education (AIAEE), North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture (NACTA), American Association of Agricultural Education (AAAE), and Association for Communication Excellence (ACE) where he serves as Vice President for the international special interest group.
