Dr. Tammi Sinha is a Senior Lecturer in Operations Management at the University of Surrey, specializing in Lean principles, sustainability, and systems thinking. She holds a PhD in Operations Strategy and a BEng (Hons), and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her work bridges academic and practical applications, with roles at institutions like the University of Winchester (Director for Climate Action) and the University of Southampton (Continuous Improvement Lead). She co-edited the 2024 book 'Hoshin Kanri in Higher Education', focusing on strategic management tools. Her research explores regenerative business models, embedding Lean in HE, and climate action through communities of practice.
