Dr. Abeer Pharaon serves as Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Program Lead for MSc Global Leadership and MSc Strategic Leadership programs at Manchester Metropolitan University's Business School within the People and Performance department. She is also a Carbon Literacy Champion driving innovative pedagogy through LEGO Serious Play methodologies.
Her academic credentials include:

Her research concentrates on leadership dynamics, innovation culture development, and strategic organizational change, exemplified by her 2017 book Innovation Culture in Organisations: Model Development and Application. She bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in entrepreneurship and change management across diverse organizational contexts.
Dr. Pharaon supervises MBA and MSD dissertations in Business and Change Management while leading the LEGO Serious Play Working Group. Externally, she founded the Arab Centre for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership (ACEIL) and youth-SHINE social enterprise, and mentors entrepreneurs through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Queen Rania Centre for Entrepreneurship.
Her professional certifications include Chartered Management Institute membership, Stanford University Innovation Curriculum certification, and specialized qualifications in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Lumina Learning Emotional Intelligence, and Kaplan-Norton Strategic Management systems.
