Dr. Tamiris Santos is a Researcher affiliated with Loughborough University's Net Zero Militaries Project (ESRC/UKRI funded) and maintains multiple research associations across institutions including UFPB, SENAI CIMATEC, and King’s College London. With a PhD in International Strategic Studies from UFRGS and postdoctoral research, she specialises in military innovation, defence management, and systems modelling. Her work bridges strategic studies with applied research in low-carbon warfare, joint operations, and international defence cooperation.
