Tamer ŞANLIDAĞ

Prof. Dr. Tamer ŞANLIDAĞ is the current Rector of Near East University and holds a professorship in the Department of Medical Microbiology at the Faculty of Medicine. He has served in various academic and administrative roles since completing his PhD at Dokuz Eylül University. His expertise spans viral infections, HIV epidemiology, and mathematical modeling of disease spread.
