Tamara Ashley

Dr Tamara Ashley is a Senior Lecturer in Dance at the University of Bedfordshire's School of Arts and Creative Industries. Her work bridges dance, somatics, and yoga pedagogy, with a focus on practice as research, ecological perspectives in choreography, and creative health initiatives. She integrates contact improvisation, environmental performance, and digital technologies into her research and teaching.
