Tam Ho

Tam Ho is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical and Construction Engineering at Northumbria University. He holds a PhD in Engineering awarded in 2015. His research focuses on advanced materials science, particularly in 2D materials like graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), nanomechanical behavior of materials, and energy-related applications such as water desalination membranes and battery electrolytes. His work integrates computational modeling with experimental insights to explore material properties under strain, defects, and environmental conditions.
