Tais Barreto, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management at Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business & Entrepreneurship. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with emphasis in Strategy and Cross-Cultural Management from Florida Atlantic University, alongside a BS in Mathematics from Kennesaw State University.

Research Interests: Dr. Barreto specializes in organizational learning within interfirm relationships and cross-cultural influences on business practices. Her work spans leadership dynamics, generational workplace differences, and temporal orientation's impact on innovation.
